Though not an expert, but if given a chance and devote some time I can do the job with great satisfaction othe only draw back is however lack of a good communication skill for the time being as I am not used to, but can prove my worth if I take the challenge. Further, I am not an file addict especially the new ones however, awareness of old movies and songs singers lyrics is my speciality.

Well you want community managers but plz provide some salary range that you will pay. I am agree with you that salary depend on merit but some minimum and maximum range you must tell us so that we can apply.
Community managers,its really good concept to manage this site,for the manager that must be energetic and must sound knowledge of user need and suppose to be creative as this designation needed..and i have almost of these qualities.
