We have been receiving a lot of complaints from users complaining about not receiving prizes on time and one of our dear users even went ahead and created a community on Orkut: Won at C2W but didnt got prize
What users don’t realize is that humans work at Contests2win.com and not robots. We face problems of users not updating their profiles with their correct contact details and also users sending back cheques because they don’t have a bank account!
Well we’ve added a small line in our Sign-Up page and you’ll even notice this on your Edit Profile page.
“The above name needs to match the name on your bank account. A cheque would be drawn in favour of this name for all Cash Prizes won.”
Once you win a cash prize on Contests2win.com a cheque would directly be issued on this name. We will not entertain any changes. If you want to receive the cheque in the name of your father or your neighbour’s grand-daughter, please make the change right now.
Prizes take upto 30 days to reach the user. Only if you’ve not received your prizes and 30 days have gone by, send a mail to our CRM team (crm@c2w.com). In this mail, mention your Name, Address, Phone No., the contest you won and also the prize you won.

The first time I created an id for my self and played at Contest 2 Win was more than 8 years ago. Today I am surprised to read that you have been accused of things like no sending gifts and never winning.
The only reason I dont login more often now is that I have grown up with C2W. Priorities have changed and so is my life style.
While I am not in Mumbai and hence cannot come to pick up the gift let me assure you that you do not need to send me a hamper / voucher just to prove that you do give gifts. I have played on your site and have gotten my due share (I remember receiving a bag and a T-Shirt and I was thrilled)
