• This GiftMate voucher is valid for winners of the “The Smartest Question of the Day/ The Dumbest Quiz and Stirred- The Daily Twister” on www.contests2win.com between July 1st, 2008 to July 1st , 2009
• Customers would be eligible to win a maximum of Rs. 500 /- worth of GiftMate vouchers every month, each mobile number can therefore get only Rs. 500 /- worth of GiftMate vouchers in a month
• The voucher will be sent via Sms and/ or email and will be valid for one month from the date of receipt of voucher- no credit will be given for unutilized vouchers
• Providing a valid mobile number and email address are mandatory to avail of the GiftMate Voucher. This offer is valid for Indian citizens only
• The GiftMate voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of Mumbai.
• Recipients of GiftMate voucher will be bound by the terms and conditions as mentioned here.
• In the event of the customers mobile number being blocked by PayMate due to any reason whatsoever, the voucher will be issued to the customer only on the receipt of alternate and/or additional details
